About Kyle Baudreau

Our lives are complicated — full of an inner world of thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and values and an outer world of relationships, cultural expectations, and forms of oppression. When we meet together, you and I will look at what’s happening both inside of you and outside of you, and how the inside and the outside relate.

My work is rooted in psychodynamic practice and incorporates motivational interviewing, DBT skills, and Brainspotting.

I focus on trauma/PTSD, grief, chronic pain/chronic illness, gender identity, sexual orientation, anxiety, depression, and attachment, including people who have experienced challenges with their families of origin, adoption, foster care, abuse and neglect, and symptoms of borderline personality disorder.

As a non-binary Vermonter, I welcome people of all genders and sexual orientations to reach out about therapy. I also work with family members and partners of trans and gender-nonconforming individuals.
